About the Healthy Hips Program
Hip Hip Hooray, there is joy in everyday!
Our popular HEALTHY HIPS Program is now available as an online class over Zoom. Classes run LIVE for 6 week sessions. This class teaches you comprehensive massaging techniques to relieve tension in tight areas around the hips and pelvis, stability & strengthening exercises, as well as therapeutic stretching & yoga exercises.
Class will runs every Monday at 6:30 PM EST, with the next session starting Aug 3rd.
This class focuses on improving hip mobility, strengthening the glutes and core while creating new positive hip movement patterns for better brain-body connection.

Areas of Focus
Focus on self-massage and myofascial release techniques using a foam roller or therapy ball. These techniques work on improving blood flow to sore muscles, hydrate the fascia and alleviate tension. Use what you have at home or get a discount to the best products!
Strength + Stability
Learn how to safely create stability in your hips and pelvis with functional movement exercises. This class will work on key muscles that are often weakened during injury while creating stability in the deep core muscles and glutes. Ever struggled with your balance? Find out which muscles to target and why!
Therapeutic Yoga + Stretching
Small group yoga to provide a safe, fun and engaging mobility class to reduce stress, stiffness and ease into the world of yoga. Aimed to serve the beginner yogi and those on a personal mobility journey or recovery from past injuries. This class will target the flexibility and mobility of the legs, hips and low back. Guided meditation at the end to ease tension.
